How long does delivery take?
All bags are delivered across South Africa within 5 – 10 days. We prepare and ship your order through reliable couriers like Pudo, PEP or The Courier Guy. You’ll get tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
At this stage, we deliver only within South Africa. We’re focused on giving local customers the best service first before expanding.
What if my product is damaged on arrival?
If your bag arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

What is your returns policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your bag, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a refund:
